The personnel were genuinely helpful. the room was a nice size and provided a good night's sleep. the location was comfortable and close to an open square in a safe Medina area, as well as a lively street market.

really had nice stay for exceptional customer service and comfortable stay. the hotel with great-sized and huge rooms, in a very lively area, in front of the police station # 29. good location - right by moulay abdellah quarter. units in which the toilet leaked.

the comfortable stay was a big plus. - the location was excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Medina. - It was near the old town of Fes and the center of the square on the outskirts of the entrance to the Medina.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling market and central to the Medina. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I loved that my room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful inner courtyard, it was a peaceful oasis amidst the busy city. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of local fruits and refreshing natural orange juice.
Everything was spot on, couldn't ask for more.
